Maddy Moore is the creative heart behind Styles.By.Maddy, the personal brand of ME Artistry LLC, offering professional hair services out of Suz Salon in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Known for her precision color work, creative techniques, effortless styling, and authentic personality, Maddy has built a loyal following of clients who trust her for both artistry and consistency.
Maddy attended the Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology in 2017. After, she built on her skills under the mentorship of Mike Perez of Symmetry Salon Studios. After working with Mike, Maddy joined Suz Salon, where she continued to refine her skills under the guidance of Suzanne Wieber. Starting as an apprentice and shampooer, she worked her way up to full stylist, building her own thriving clientele and eventually helping train newer stylists in the same chair where she once learned.
Maddy specializes in AirTouch Balayage, an advanced coloring technique pioneered by Vladimir Sarbashev that uses air rather than teasing to creating soft, seamless transitions. The result is dimension that grows out beautifully and keeps clients feeling effortlessly polished for months - a signature look that become synonymous with her chair. Her clients often say they come for the color but stay for the care: Maddy's ability to blend artistry, technical skills, and empathy sets her apart.
Outside the salon, Maddy's warmth and creativity shine just as brightly. She's a proud dog mom to Pancake, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (and unofficial salon mascot), and a devoted sister and friend who cherishes family time. She's also deeply committed to volunteering and mentoring through local service work - a reflection of her resilience and compassion.
